  • All patients starting their health journey start here. During this time we deep dive into your health history, your chief complaints and acupuncture treatment plan followed by a treatment.

    Depending on what will best support your health and healing, additional therapies such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tui na, dietary and lifestyle recommendations may also be incorporated. If helpful, herbal remedies or products will be suggested, which are available separately.

  • There are three options for follow-up sessions:

    • Virtual: (30 minutes) $100

    • In-Clinic: (50 minutes) $150

    • House Call: (50—75 minutes) $350

    Follow-up visits will be tailored to your previously discussed acupuncture plan.

Modailities

Other than acupuncture, additional modalities, such as tui na, chinese herbal medicine, cupping, gua sha, may be utilized at the acupuncturist’s discretion during your in-person sessions.

    Tui Na (Chinese Medical Massage) relaxes the body and realigns fascia, muscles, and tendons. It helps open the meridians and acupuncture points to ease the body into the acupuncture treatment and multiplying its effect.

  • Herbal Medicine

    Chinese Herbal Medicine

    Herbal medicine is an all-natural modality that treats many conditions including pain, women’s health conditions, immune and digestive support. All herbal medicine is customized to treat the needs of each patient as an individual.

  • Cupping

    Cupping

    Cupping is a manual therapy that is used to achieve therapeutic results. Cupping increases blood circulation, relieves muscular pain and tension, increases muscle recovery speed, promotes relaxation, reduces anxiety, releases toxins from the body, and improves immune system function.

  • Gua Sha

    Gua Sha

    Gua Sha applies an 100% jade stone to the skin to relieve muscular tightness and pain, boosts blood circulation, improve fine lines and wrinkles and promote lymphatic drainage.

    Nutrition Therapy

    Traditional Chinese Medicine nutritional therapy utilizes food as medicine to improve health and wellbeing. Dietary suggestions are carefully crafted and individualized to achieve each patient's health and wellness goals.
